Chimichurri

Ingredients
- 1 cup firmly packed fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
 - 3 to 4 garlic cloves
 - 2 tsp fresh oregano leaves
 - 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
 - 2 tbsp red or white wine vinegar
 - 1/2 tsp sea salt
 - 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
 - 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
 
Steps
- Put into food processor: parsley, garlic and oregano
 - Place in bowl and add olive oil, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes
