Chimichurri

Ingredients

  • 1 cup firmly packed fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 3 to 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp fresh oregano leaves
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red or white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Steps

  1. Put into food processor: parsley, garlic and oregano
  2. Place in bowl and add olive oil, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes
