Chocolate Chip Cannoli Dip

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
 - 1 Container (15 ounces) fat-free ricotta cheese
 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar
 - 1/4 teaspoon Double-Strength vanilla
 - 1 Container (8 ounces) frozen reduced fat whipped topping, thawed.
 - Sweet & crispy Tostitos tortilla chips or cinnamon sugar tortilla chips
 
Instructions
- Chop 1/4 cups of the chocolate chips using a food processor, place in a large bowl.
 - Add ricotta cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla.
 - Gently fold in whipped topping into ricotta mixture.
 
Serve with tortilla chips, strawberries and/or cinnamon graham crackers
