Chocolate Chip Cannoli Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
  • 1 Container (15 ounces) fat-free ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Double-Strength vanilla
  • 1 Container (8 ounces) frozen reduced fat whipped topping, thawed.
  • Sweet & crispy Tostitos tortilla chips or cinnamon sugar tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Chop 1/4 cups of the chocolate chips using a food processor, place in a large bowl.
  2. Add ricotta cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla.
  3. Gently fold in whipped topping into ricotta mixture.

Serve with tortilla chips, strawberries and/or cinnamon graham crackers
