Ingredients
- 6 ears sweet yellow corn
- 2 Poblano chilies
- 1/2 red Onion, diced
- 2 Jalapenos, diced
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Roast the corn and poblano chiles on a grill and let cool. Cut corn off the cob. Combine all ingredients and season to taste.
