Ginger Soy Sauce from the Melting Pot

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ginger, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice (or you can use bottled orange juice)


Instructions

1. Combine the soy sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar and ginger in a bowl and whisk until blended.

2. Scrape sides of bowl and whisk in orange juice.

3. Cover and chill until ready to serve.

This sauce is good with the teriyaki marinaded steak for Fondue.
