Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 can of cream style corn
  • 1 can of whole kernel corn drained
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 8oz carton of sour cream
  • 1 stick of butter or margarine melted
  • 1 small box of jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1/2 a cup of sugar.

Steps

  1. Mix thoroughly and pour into a greased or pam sprayed 9 x 13 baking dish.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 - 40 minutes or until light brown.
