Ingredients

  • 8 ounces milk chocolate, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons marshmallow creme (Fluff)
  • 2 tablespoons 151 rum
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

1. Set chocolate fondue pot over burner to warm (do not skip this step! your chocolate will start to harden if the pot is cold). Melt the chocolate in a double boiler set over simmering water, stirring constantly.

2. Pour chocolate into a warm fondue pot and spoon the marshmallow creme/fluff into the center of the chocolate, DO NOT STIR!

3. Add the rum to the pot and ignite carefully, using a long wooden march or lighter. Allow the flame to burn out and stir gently to combine loosely.

4. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.

Serve with graham crackers, bananas, apples, marshmallows, strawberries, pound cake pieces or anything else you want to try.
