cream of crab soup 1 qt half&half 1 lb crabmeat 1 can chicken broth 1 stick butter 1 2 cup flour 2 tablespoon old bay 1 tablespoon parsley make a roux from the butter and flour add chicken broth slowly and stir while thickening add half&half while stir add crabmeat and seasonings serve options serve in a crusty bread bowl or serve with crusty bread optional just before serving add a teaspoon of sherry
