Ingredients

• 4 egg whites
• Equal amount of lime juice
• Equal amount of simple syrup
• 2 shots of vodka
  • If using a sweet liquor reduce simple syrup accordingly

Steps

1. Fill iSi Gourmet Whipper with all ingredients
2. Shake well
3. Charge with 2 CO2 cartridges
