Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Patrón Citrónge Lime
  • 2 oz Prosecco
  • 1.5 oz Sparkling water
  • .5 oz Fresh lime juice
  • Lime twist for garnish

Steps

  1. Combine all ingredients except sparkling water in a mixing tin and shake vigorously to chill.
  2. Strain onto fresh ice in a large wine goblet.
  3. Top with sparkling water and Prosecco and stir.
  4. Express the zest from a lime peel and drop into the cocktail.
