Gimlet

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 ounce vodka (or gin)
• 1 ounce fresh lime juice
• 1 ounce simple syrup
• Ice cubes
• Lime zest for garnish

Steps

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Add the vodka, lime and simple syrup
3. Shake rapidly for about 20 seconds
4. Strain into rocks glass filled with ice
5. Top with lime foam
6. Add lime zest garnish
