Ingredients
- 5 1/2 cups of water
 - 3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
 - 1 tablespoon finely chopped celery
 - 1 tablespoon finely chopped carrot
 - 2 tablespoons kosher salt
 - 1 tablespoon freshly ground pepper
 - 2 tablespoons garlic powder
 
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients into a fondue pot and stir until blended.
2. Bring to a rapid simmer over medium high heat then move to Fondue flame.
3. Cook desired meat and seafood until desired degree of doneness.
