Turbot Filet

Ingredients

  • 1 to 1.5 pounds of turbot filet
  • olive oil
  • salt-n-pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 medium shallot
  • 1 sprig of rosemary

Steps

  1. Place fish on baking pan
  2. Cover with olive oil, garlic shallots, rosemary and salt-n-pepper
  3. Cover fish with aluminum foil and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until the fish is flaky.
