Veggie Squares

Ingredients

  • 2 8oz cream cheese soften
  • 2 packages crescent rolls
  • 1 cup miracle whip
  • 1 package of hidden valley ranch powdered dressing veggies
  • broccoli
  • cauliflower
  • carrots
  • 1 package shredded mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese

Steps

  1. Take two 9x13 pans and roll out one package of crescent rolls in each pan. Make sure the dough covers the entire pan evenly
  2. Bake until golden brown at the temperature specified on the package (cut the recommended baking time in half)
  3. With a mixer combine cream cheese, powdered dressing and miracle whip
  4. Chop up all veggies into a small size usually chopped finely with a handy dandy chopper
  5. Let crescent rolls cool
  6. Spread the mix over the baked rolls, sprinkle the vegetables all over until well covered and add the cheese
  7. Cut into squares and refrigerate until it's time to serve
  8. Hints
    1. Make the night before or early in the morning and refrigerate
    2. Use a tray that contains an ice pack
    3. Pizza cheese package works best
    4. Get the veggies from the salad bar
