Cream of Crab Soup

Ingredients
- 1 quart half and half
 - 1 pound crabmeat
 - 1 can chicken broth
 - 1 stick butter
 - 1/2 cup flour
 - 2 tablespoon old bay
 - 1 tablespoon parsley
 
Steps
- Make a roux from the butter and flour
 - Add chicken broth slowly and stir while thickening
 - Add half and half
 - Stir in crabmeat and seasonings
 - Serve in a crusty bread bowl or with crusty bread
 - Optional: just before serving add a teaspoon of sherry
