Greek Style Seafood Dip

seafood dip 2 tablespoon olive oil 1 cup sliced green onions 4 cloves garlic minced 1 pound large shrimp shelled and deveined 1 pound large sea scallops 1 2-1 pound jump lump crab meat 3 4 cup vegetable juice 1 3 cup crumbled feta cheese about 2 ounces 2 tablespoons chopped parsley italian 1 4 teaspoon pepper #in a large skillet over medium heat add olive oil #once oil is hot add onions and garlic cook until tender #add shrimp and scallops cook until shrimp are pink stir constantly #add vegetable juice and crab meat when mixture comes to a boil reduce heat to low simmer 2 minutes #sprinkle with cheese parsley and pepper serve with crusty bread french bread and mozzarella balls hint if dip was made in an oven proof pan then when the cheese is added it can be added to the broiler cook 3 minutes or until the cheese is lightly brown
