Cucumber and Creme

Ingredients

  • Creme fresh
  • Seedless cucumber
  • 1 Lemon
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • White pepper
  • Smoked salmon

Steps

  1. Mix about one cup of creme fresh with 1/2 cup soft cream cheese to the right consistency.
  2. Mix in fresh dill, lemon zest, garlic powder and salt and white pepper.
  3. Cut seedless cucumber about 1/2 inch thick and use a melon baller to scoop out a small hole.
  4. Fill with the creme and top with smoked salmon.
  5. Note: It's best if you make the night before a party.
