Turbot Filet

Ingredients
- 1 to 1.5 pounds of turbot filet
 - olive oil
 - salt-n-pepper
 - 2 garlic cloves
 - 1 medium shallot
 - 1 sprig of rosemary
 
Steps
- Place fish on baking pan
 - Cover with olive oil, garlic shallots, rosemary and salt-n-pepper
 - Cover fish with aluminum foil and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until the fish is flaky.
