Lemongrass Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 5 to 10 stalks of lemongrass
  • Sugar
  • Fresh lemons and lemon juice
  • Vodka

Steps

  1. Make simple syrup by mixing equal parts of sugar and water and boiling with the lemongrass stalks. Strain.
  2. Mix equal parts of lemongrass simple syrup, vodka and lemon juice
  3. Garnish with slices of lemon
