Greek Style Seafood Dip

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
 - 1 cup sliced green onions
 - 4 cloves garlic minced
 - 1 pound large shrimp shelled and deveined
 - 1 pound large sea scallops
 - 1/2-1 pound jump lump crab meat
 - 3/4 cup vegetable juice
 - 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
 - 2 tablespoons chopped parsley italian
 - 1/4 teaspoon pepper
 
Steps
- In a large skillet over medium heat add olive oil
 - Once oil is hot add onions and garlic cook until tender
 - Add shrimp and scallops and cook until shrimp are pink, stir constantly
 - Add vegetable juice and crab meat when mixture comes to a boil reduce heat to low simmer 2 minutes
 - Sprinkle with cheese parsley and pepper serve with crusty bread french bread and mozzarella balls
 -  Hint: If dip was made in an oven proof pan then when the cheese is added it can be added to the broiler
- Cook 3 minutes or until the cheese is lightly brown
