Barbecue Dry Rub

This dry rub is for babyback ribs and should be rubbed on the ribs the night before cooking.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chile ground
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice

Steps

  1. Mix all ingredients, rub on meat and refrigerate over night
