Ingredients

  • 2 tubs of crab meat. 1 jumbo lump. 1 lump.
  • 2 Tbs of old bay
  • 14 ritz crackers
  • .5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 stick of unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese


Steps

  1. Mix crab and old bay in a bowl. Let sit for 2 hours in the refrigerator
  2. Crush ritz crackers and mix in with the crab meat
  3. In a separate bowl combine mayonnaise, paprika, salt and pepper and whisk thoroughly
  4. Fold the mayonnaise mixture gently in with the crab meat
  5. Make 6, fist full sized, crab bombs and put into ramekins
  6. Melt butter and stir in vinegar. Pour equally over each ramekin.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. With 2 minutes remaining sprinkle with sharp cheddar cheese.
