Ingredients
- 2 tubs of crab meat. 1 jumbo lump. 1 lump.
 - 2 Tbs of old bay
 - 14 ritz crackers
 - .5 cup mayonnaise
 - 1 egg
 - 1 tsp paprika
 - 1 tsp salt
 - 1 tsp pepper
 - 1 stick of unsalted butter
 - 1 tsp white vinegar
 - 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese
 
Steps
- Mix crab and old bay in a bowl. Let sit for 2 hours in the refrigerator
 - Crush ritz crackers and mix in with the crab meat
 - In a separate bowl combine mayonnaise, paprika, salt and pepper and whisk thoroughly
 - Fold the mayonnaise mixture gently in with the crab meat
 - Make 6, fist full sized, crab bombs and put into ramekins
 - Melt butter and stir in vinegar. Pour equally over each ramekin.
 - Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. With 2 minutes remaining sprinkle with sharp cheddar cheese.
