Ingredients
- ½ pound fresh tuna
- 2 Tablespoons scallions, sliced
- 1 Teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Asian sesame oil
- 1 Teaspoon white sesame seeds
- Wasabi paste or you can make from wasabi powder
- Flaky sea salt
- Crackers (thin and crispy) like rice crackers
Directions
- Dice the Tuna into very small pieces about ¼ inch and place into a bowl.
- Mixed into the Scallions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
- Spread a very VERY thin layer of wasabi onto the cracker. Even if you think it is thin, try and make it thinner. Don’t worry the wasabi will still provide the kick.
- Put a small heaping mound of tuna onto the cracker and then sprinkle with a very little amount of the sea salt.
- Serve.
