Molten Lava Cake From different recipes on FoodNetwork combined
Ingredients
1 stick butter
2 oz. bittersweet chocolate 2 oz. semisweet chocolate 1 1/4 cup powered sugar 2 Eggs 2 Egg Yolks 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. Grand Marnier 1/2 cup flour
Directions
- Spray ramekins with oil spray, place onto a baking tray.
- Melt butter in microwave.
- Stir in chocolate.
- Stir in eggs and egg yolks.
- Stir in sugar, vanilla and Grand Marnier.
- Stir in flour.
- Pour equally into ramekins.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let sit for 1 minute before scraping side of ramekins with a knife. Put onto a plate with vanilla ice cream.
