Ingredients

  • 1 tsp garlic, Chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon peel, Grated
  • 2 TBSP brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce, low sodium
  • 2 tsp jalapenos, chopped
  • 1 flank steak, 2lbs

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients from above into a large freezer bag, gentle turn to mix and coat beef.
  2. Preheat grill to medium. Grill steak for 7-8 minutes per side, until internal temperature of steak reaches 135 degrees F.
