Molten Lava Cake From different recipes on FoodNetwork combined

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 oz. bittersweet chocolate
  • 2 oz. semisweet chocolate
  • 1 1/4 cup powered sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. Grand Marnier
  • 1/2 cup flour

Directions

  1. Spray ramekins with oil spray, place onto a baking tray.
  2. Melt butter in microwave.
  3. Stir in chocolate.
  4. Stir in eggs and egg yolks.
  5. Stir in sugar, vanilla and Grand Marnier.
  6. Stir in flour.
  7. Pour equally into ramekins.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  9. Let sit for 1 minute before scraping side of ramekins with a knife. Put onto a plate with vanilla ice cream.

Note: I used four 10 oz. ramekins and cooked them for 12 minutes. Other recipe said to use 6 oz. ramekins and cook for 10 minutes. Next time I am going to use two more tablespoons of butter and another 1 oz. of chocolates.
