Ingredients
- 2 cans rinsed goya black beans (15oz cans)
- 1 can corn drained
- 4 roma tomatoes chopped
- 1 large red onion chopped
- 1 ripe avocado soft chopped
- 4 limes squeezed
Steps
- Mix first 5 ingredients then add lime juice.
- Best if refrigerated overnight.
- Usually served with Tostitos or Fritos Scoops
- Works great with fish tacos
