Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups cranberry juice cocktail, chilled
• 1/2 cups Grand Marnier
• 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
• 8 thin strips of lime zest about 1/4 inch wide and 3 inches long
• 2 bottles of sparkling wine or champagne, chilled

Steps

1. Combine cranberry juice, Grand Marnier and lime juice in a pitcher and mix well
2. Drop one lime strip into each tall fluted champagne glass. Twist in a knot to release the essential oils
3. Divide with wine mixture equally among the glasses
4. Top off with champagne
