- Prep Time: 10 min; Cook Time: 30 min; Serves 6

Ingredients
- 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breast
 - 1 cup olive oil
 - 2/3 cup lemon juice or 3 lemons (depending how much you like lemons)
 - 2 tsp minced garlic
 - 1 medium onion diced
 - 1/2 tsp pepper or to your liking
 - 1/2 tsp salt/sea salt

Instructions
- Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Add the diced onion.
 - Put chicken in a gallon sized bag with marinade. Allow to marinate overnight.
 - Place chicken on preheated grill and sprinkle with additional pepper. Cook for about 20 minutes on the grill or until no longer pink in the center.

- For a little bit of heat I add some red pepper flakes to the marinade. This is also a good marinade to put together and freeze until ready to use.
