This dry rub is for babyback ribs and should be rubbed on the ribs the night before cooking.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon chile ground
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
Steps
- Mix all ingredients, rub on meat and refrigerate over night
