Ingredients
- 1 lb american cheese
 - 3/4 cup water
 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
 - 1 can chopped green chiles
 - 1 can of strained chopped tomatoes
 -  2-3 teaspoons spice mixture
- 1 teaspoon salt
 - 1 teaspoon red pepper cayenne
 - 1 teaspoon ground cumin
 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
 
 
Steps
- In a double boiler combine the american cheese water onion chiles and tomatoes cook slowly until cheese melts
 - Add 2 teaspoons of the spice mixture to start and add additional spice mixutre to taste
 -  Hints
- Do not add the spices until the cheese has melted
 - Water can be added at any time if mixture gets too thick
 - Use the canned tomatoes with the onions already in them to save time
