Ingredients
- 9 cups of water
- 4 tea bags
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 12oz frozen orange juice
- 1 12oz frozen lemonade
- 5 cups bourbon
Steps
- Thaw frozen OJ and Lemonade for a few hours prior to starting.
- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil with 4 tea bags
- Remove tea bags
- Stir in 1 cup of sugar until dissolved
- Remove from heat
- In large water tight container that can go in the freezer combine:
- Tea and Sugar mixture
- OJ
- Lemonade
- 7 cups of water
- 5 cups of bourbon (original recipe called for 2 cups)
- Stir until frozen juices are completely melted
- Freeze overnight and serve in a punch bowl
