Ingredients

  • 2 cans rinsed goya black beans (15oz cans)
  • 1 can corn drained
  • 4 roma tomatoes chopped
  • 1 large red onion chopped
  • 1 ripe avocado soft chopped
  • 4 limes squeezed

Steps

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients then add lime juice.
  2. Best if refrigerated overnight.
  3. Usually served with Tostitos or Fritos Scoops
  4. Works great with fish tacos
