Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Patrón Citrónge Lime
- 2 oz Prosecco
- 1.5 oz Sparkling water
- .5 oz Fresh lime juice
- Lime twist for garnish
Steps
- Combine all ingredients except sparkling water in a mixing tin and shake vigorously to chill.
- Strain onto fresh ice in a large wine goblet.
- Top with sparkling water and Prosecco and stir.
- Express the zest from a lime peel and drop into the cocktail.
