Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- Equal amount of lime juice
- Equal amount of simple syrup
- 2 shots of vodka
- If using a sweet liquor reduce simple syrup accordingly
Steps
- Fill iSi Gourmet Whipper with all ingredients
- Shake well
- Charge with 2 CO2 cartridges
