Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounce vodka (or gin)
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- Ice cubes
- Lime zest for garnish
Steps
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
- Add the vodka, lime and simple syrup
- Shake rapidly for about 20 seconds
- Strain into rocks glass filled with ice
- Top with lime foam
- Add lime zest garnish
