Molten Lava Cake From different recipes on FoodNetwork combined
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 2 oz. bittersweet chocolate
- 2 oz. semisweet chocolate
- 1 1/4 cup powered sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. Grand Marnier
- 1/2 cup flour
Directions
- Spray ramekins with oil spray, place onto a baking tray.
- Melt butter in microwave.
- Stir in chocolate.
- Stir in eggs and egg yolks.
- Stir in sugar, vanilla and Grand Marnier.
- Stir in flour.
- Pour equally into ramekins.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let sit for 1 minute before scraping side of ramekins with a knife. Put onto a plate with vanilla ice cream.
Note: I used four 10 oz. ramekins and cooked them for 12 minutes. Other recipe said to use 6 oz. ramekins and cook for 10 minutes. Next time I am going to use two more tablespoons of butter and another 1 oz. of chocolates.
