Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cranberry juice cocktail, chilled
- 1/2 cups Grand Marnier
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 8 thin strips of lime zest about 1/4 inch wide and 3 inches long
- 2 bottles of sparkling wine or champagne, chilled
Steps
- Combine cranberry juice, Grand Marnier and lime juice in a pitcher and mix well
- Drop one lime strip into each tall fluted champagne glass. Twist in a knot to release the essential oils
- Divide with wine mixture equally among the glasses
- Top off with champagne
