Made from a combo of recipes

==Ingredients==

* 3 pounds of fresh tuna steak
* 5 limes, zest
* 1 cup fresh lime juice
* 2 ½ teaspoons wasabi powder
* 2 ½ tablespoons soy sauce
* 2 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
* 2 tablespoons kosher salt
* 1 ½ tablespoons black pepper 
* 6 scallions, chopped 
* 1 large or 2 small jalapeno peppers, chopped
* 5 avocados

==Directions==
# Cut the tuna into small diced pieces and put into a bowl
# In a small bowl, combine lime zest and juice, wasabi, soy sauce, Tabasco, salt and pepper.
# Pour over tuna.
# Mix in scallions and jalapeno
# Dice the avocado into very small pieces and slowly mixed into the tuna.
# Tuna needs to sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Can be served with crackers or tortilla chips.

Note: One recipe added a cup of olive oil but I like it better without it.
