== Ingredients ==

* Creme fresh
* Seedless cucumber
* 1 Lemon
* Garlic powder
* Salt
* White pepper
* Smoked salmon

== Steps ==

# Mix about one cup of creme fresh with 1/2 cup soft cream cheese to the right consistency. 
# Mix in fresh dill, lemon zest,  garlic powder and salt and white pepper. 
# Cut seedless cucumber about 1/2 inch thick and use a melon baller to scoop out a small hole. 
# Fill with the creme and top with smoked salmon.
# Note: It's best if you make the night before a party.
