=Ingredients=

*5 1/2 cups of water
*3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
*1 tablespoon finely chopped celery
*1 tablespoon finely chopped carrot
*2 tablespoons kosher salt
*1 tablespoon freshly ground pepper
*2 tablespoons garlic powder


=Instructions=

1. Combine all ingredients into a fondue pot and stir until blended.

2. Bring to a rapid simmer over medium high heat then move to Fondue flame.

3. Cook desired meat and seafood until desired degree of doneness.
